How to Buy Poliomyelitis IgG ELISA kit

Poliomyelitis is an infection caused by enterovirus, which occurs epidemically world-wide, and which often leads to paralysis and death. poliomyelitis occurred sporadically. Three types of human-pathogenic poliomyelitis viruses are actually known:
Type 1 (Brunhilde): often with severe symptoms
Type 2 (Lansing): with milder symptoms
Type 3 (Leon): rare, but with severe symptoms
Only recently a Poliomyelitis IgG ELISA assay was developed in analogy to Diphtheria and Tetanus, which can detect antibodies against the three types of Polio simultaneously.  In a small proportion of cases, the disease causes paralysis, which is often permanent. Polio can only be prevented by immunization. The worldwide prevalence of this infection has decreased significantly since then because of aggressive immunization programs. This serological response can be due to a past illness or to immunity by vaccination.
Poliomyelitis is an enteroviral infection that can manifest in 4 different forms: inapparent infection, abortive disease, nonparalytic poliomyelitis, and paralytic disease. Poliomyelitis is a disease caused by infection with the poliovirus. The virus spreads by direct person-to-person contact, by contact with infected mucus or phlegm from the nose or mouth, or by contact with infected feces. Before the 19th century,  During the 19th and 20th centuries, epidemic poliomyelitis was more frequently observed, reaching its peak in the mid 1950s. Initial symptoms of polio include fever, fatigue, headache, vomiting, stiffness in the neck, and pain in the limbs. In areas where there is an outbreak, those most likely to get the disease include children, pregnant women, and the elderly. The disease is more common in the summer and fall.
